Terms & Conditions – 90 Minutes Delivery

Welcome to Gulf Fruits Quick Commerce Service. By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Service Area

Our 90-minute delivery service is available only within Dubai city limits.
Orders placed outside the serviceable area may be cancelled.

2. Delivery Time

  • We aim to deliver your order within 90 minutes from the time of order confirmation.
  • However, delivery time may vary due to:
    • Bad weather conditions
    • Traffic delays
    • Accidents or unforeseen circumstances
    • High order volumes

Gulf Fruits shall not be liable for delays caused by such external factors.

3. Operating Hours

  • Order timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Store Time)
  • Checkout is not available on the 90-minute store after operating hours
  • Customers can place scheduled orders via our main website outside these hours

4. Minimum Order Value

  • The minimum order value is AED 40 for all quick commerce orders

5. Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery on your first 3 orders
  • Free delivery on orders above AED 150
  • For all other orders, delivery charges will be applied based on your delivery location/zone

6. Order Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Gulf Fruits reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if required

7. Delays & Liability

While we strive for fast and efficient delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases:

  • Customers will be notified where possible
  • No compensation shall be applicable for minor delays

8. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details
  • Any re-delivery due to incorrect information may result in additional charges

9. General Conditions

  • Gulf Fruits reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice

Refund & Return Policy

At Gulf Fruits, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you are not satisfied, the following policy applies:

10. Return & Complaint Window

  • Customers must inform within 1 hour of delivery
  • Requests made after this time may not be eligible

11. Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be:
    • Unused
    • Unconsumed
    • In resalable/reusable condition
  • Products that are partially or fully consumed will not be eligible

12. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours
  • Processed via the original payment method

13. Refund Timeline

  • May vary based on your bank/payment provider
  • Typically 7–14 working days

14. Bank Processing Disclaimer

Gulf Fruits is not responsible for delays caused by banks/payment providers.

  • Customers should contact their bank directly
  • We will provide necessary support

15. Approval & Verification

  • All requests are subject to verification
  • Gulf Fruits reserves the right to decline invalid requests
